Come join GenPhilly and the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter
Junior Committee for a fun-filled evening of socializing, networking and bowling.
Guests are encouraged to bring pet food and/or pet accessories for pet
companions owned by frail and isolated older adults in Philadelphia. Donations
for cats and dogs will be collected on site. One third of Philadelphia's seniors have
a pet in their home[1]. Pets offer older adults unconditional love, relieve isolation,
and help elders to cope with loss.
